Be worthy

You are worthy. We are all. Period. End of story.

When faced with trauma, it is easy to tell yourself that you are unworthy, somehow responsible, and aren’t capable of stopping it from running your life.

I have had 8 years and counting of my own interpersonal challenges (not by choice). I found another way. I claimed my worthiness. It started with me putting a line in the sand that I was worthy of:

  • being heard

  • using my own voice

  • being respected as mother, co-parent, aunt, sister and friend

  • having privacy

  • being protected

  • having my own relationships

  • parenting my kids as I have for their life time

  • living the life I deserved

  • and so on and so forth.

It take a second to redirect your life to the one you want (and deserve).
