Integrity has many components:

• Truthfulness

• Honesty

• Ethics

• Consistency

• Moral courage

• Trustworthiness

• Unwavering in principals

Such attributes have helped me stay strong amidst trauma I would not wish on anyone. It has also helped in my advocacy efforts, not only for my own son but for others whose lives have been turned upside down with the interference of others.

What makes integrity so handy ? It reminds you to take the high road; Anything but that is feudal. While you may want to lash out at the bad actors, having integrity will stop you in your tracks.

“Do unto others” is the easiest way to manifest integrity. It is also the primary way to lead by example.
